By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Platform.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Convexly may use cookies, session storage, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. These technologies may be used to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how you use the Platform, improve performance, protect platform security, and diagnose technical errors.

We may also use third-party analytics and performance monitoring tools that collect information about your use of the Platform. These tools may set their own cookies and collect data in accordance with their own privacy practices.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please be aware that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform, including your ability to remain logged in or access certain features.

4. How We Use Your Information

Convexly may use the information we collect for the following purposes: (a) to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features; (b) to provide account access, authentication, and subscription services; (c) to deliver analytics, portfolio tracking, and educational content; (d) to process subscription transactions through Stripe; (e) to communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests; (f) to provide customer support; (g) to monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and secure the Platform; (h) to enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights; and (i) to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Convexly may also use aggregated and de-identified data — data that has been stripped of personally identifying information — for analytics, product improvement, benchmarking, and internal business purposes. Such aggregated data does not identify individual users and may be used or shared without restriction.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Convexly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Convexly may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf. These may include payment processors (Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and performance monitoring services, customer support tools, and security providers.

These service providers are authorized to access your information only as necessary to perform their services for Convexly. They are not permitted to use your personal information for their own independent purposes.

7. Third-Party Market Data Sources

Convexly receives market and economic data from third-party data sources, including but not limited to the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), Yahoo Finance, and similar public data providers.

Convexly does not transmit your personal information to these market data providers as part of data retrieval. The fact that their data is displayed or used on the Platform does not create a data-sharing relationship between you and those providers on your behalf.

8. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you purchase a subscription, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Convexly does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy, available at stripe.com. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy practices.

9. Data Retention

Convexly retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the applicable legal, regulatory, or business requirements. Convexly may also retain and use platform logs, security records, and technical metadata as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging, legal compliance, and platform security.

10. Account Deletion and User Requests

If you wish to delete your account, you must first cancel your active subscription. Following cancellation, you may contact us at contact@findeck.io to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Please note that Convexly may retain certain information as required or permitted by applicable law, including for legal compliance, tax and accounting purposes, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, and other legitimate business purposes. Retained information will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. You may contact Convexly to request access to certain personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies in your information, or to request deletion of your information where applicable and not subject to a legal exception.

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others with applicable state privacy laws, may have additional rights under those laws, such as the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of certain data processing activities. Convexly will make reasonable efforts to honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@findeck.io. We may require verification of your identity before processing your request.

12. Data Security

Convexly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You use the Platform and transmit information to us at your own risk. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at contact@findeck.io.

13. Children and Minors

Convexly is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us at contact@findeck.io.

14. International Users

Convexly is operated and intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand and acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

15. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or similar corporate transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information if required by applicable law or if we determine that reasonable notice is appropriate under the circumstances.

16. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. At this time, Convexly does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We will revisit this practice if industry-standard approaches for responding to DNT signals become established.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Convexly may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When we update the policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
